Bei einem Team treffen gab es die Frage: „Welches Tier seid ihr im Femi Team?“
Das ist die Illustration zu unserem bunten Haufen. (Es haben tatsächlich zwei Menschen unabhängig voneinander Erdmännchen gesagt! <3)

Was Mensch darauf auch sieht: Wir sind ein kleines Team. Es fehlen zwar ein paar Leute auf dem Bild, die beim Treffen nicht anwesend waren, aber wir merken es trotzdem. An vielen Ecken und Enden fehlt es an Kapazitäten, Z.B. auch direkt hier bei der Betreuung des Insta Accounts und der Beantwortung der Nachrichten.
Daher suchen wir auch immer weitere Unterstützung. Habt ihr mal Lust bei einem Plenum vorbeizuschauen, das Team kennenzulernen?

What you can also see in this picture: We are a small team. Yes, some people who were absent at the meeting are missing, but we still notice. We run at full capacity and yet we have open tasks – supporting this insta account and answering messages for example.
