Orga, Orga, Orga! Ohne geht es nicht und insbesondere ehrenamtliche aktivistsche Arbeit benötigt ja Rahmen, in denen Arbeitsfortschritte möglich sind, während sich alle sicher und gewertschätzt fühlen.
Wir versuchen, die Festivalplanung strukturiert anzugehen und setzen dies durch AGs und wöchentliche Plena um, in denen wir uns updaten, offene Fragen klären und den Arbeitsstand des gesamten Festivals besprechen.
Die AGs stellen wir euch noch mal eim Einzelnen vor, aber hier schon mal ein kleiner Einblick:
Die PROGRAMM AG beschäftigt sich damit, wen wir auf dem Festival haben wollen, und ist auch schon dabei, coole Menschen für Lesungen, Workshops und Konzerte anzufragen. Außerdem wollen wir eine Kunstaustellung auf die Beine stellen, für die sich die KUNST AG schon ein tolles Konzept überlegt hat. Für das Festival Gelände ist die LOCATION AG zuständig, sie kümmert sich um eine schöne, aber auch zugängliche und sichere Gestaltung. Damit wir möglichst viele unserer Vorstellungen materiell umsetzen können, ist die FINANZ AG dabei, Anträge an Fördertöpe zu stellen, das Femi 2023 bei Preisen zu nominieren und demnächst ein Crowdfunding zu starten. Wir haben zudem noch eine KOORDINATIONS AG, welche den Überblick behält, auch beispielsweise darüber, wie die interne Kommunikation läuft.
Und zuletzt: Dieser Text hier wurde von der ÖFFENTLICHKEITS AG geschrieben, wir sind zuständig für die Instagram Posts, die Website (welche bald geupdatet wird) und Plakate und Flyer, welche in den nächsten Monaten hoffentlich ganz Halle schmücken werden.
In allen Arbeitsgruppen können wir noch gut zuverlässige Unterstützung gebrauchen. Meld Dich sehr gerne bei uns! Dabei ist nur wichtig, dass Du deine Kapazitäten dafür richtig einschätzt, denn es gibt phasenweise echt viel zu tun 🙂

Orga, Orga, Orga! We can not do without, and especially volunteer activist work needs a framework in which making progress is possible while everyone feels safe and appreciated.
We try to approach the festival planning in a structured way and implement this through the differentiation into different working groups. We meet up weekly to update each other, clarify open questions and discuss the work status of the entire festival.
We will introduce you to the working groups in detail later, for now a little insight:
The PROGRAM group is finding cool people for readings, workshops and concerts. Also, we want to set up an art exhibition, for which the ART group has already come up with a great concept. The LOCATION group is responsible for the festival area, planning out a sweet, accessible and safe space. In order to be able to realize as many of our ideas as possible, the FINANCES group is in the process of submitting applications for funding, nominating our festival for prizes and soon launching a crowdfunding campaign. We also have a COORDINATION group, which keeps track of everything, including internal communication.
Last but not least: This text here was written by the COMMUNICATION group, we are responsible for Instagram posts, the website (which will be updated soon) and posters and flyers, which you will spot all around Halle within the next months.
